help in echo cancellation with tms320c6713dsk

hello friends.
i'm working on noise and echo cancellation using adaptive filter.
my problem is that my starter kit tms320c6713dsk have got two inputs
'mic' and 'line-in'. but the problem is that both are not
taken at 
same time by the device. as i'm using adaptive filter i require two 
inputs simultaneously. so i tried sampling by turn. but again if the 
frequency of sampling is high or low, loss of data is occuring. so how 
do i overcome this problem?
so can anyone help me acheiving my target....
