Well, for one thing you have to post to the group, not to individuals.

Are you saying it's working now, using Spectrum Digital XDS510?
I'm not familiar with Ashling, but I note their support matrix shows XDS560
and XDS100v2 but not XDS510. Since XDS560
came out in 2002 and C54x family was superceded by C55x in 2000/01, it's
possible that XDS560 and C54x have some
incompatibility. Also I'm pretty sure you have to use CCS v3.3 with C54x,
not CCS v4.x... there are some e2e forum
threads talking about this.
