Hi, Are you sure about the JTAG IR length and the number of Devices? If it is yes then there might be problem with your XDS510PP. Why don't you change the XDS510PP and try it. Also make sure you have installed the driver properly. Try resetting the Emulator from the SDConfig, The R button on the SDConfig. Looking at the emulator test details, there doesn't seem's to be any other problem. Hi Chetan, It works well with XDS510PP+ but when I connect using XDS510 USB JTAG it fails to detect devices. I'm using the latest drivers from spectrum digital....Is there any test to conclude abt damage of my USB JTAG.
