hi to all, =C2=20 I am currently working on G.723.1. I have ITU-T implementation of G.723.1. here G.723.1 encoder takes .tin as an input and gives .rco as an output. it= means that .rco is a bit stream file. but I cant read that file properly b= ecause bit stream file should contain only two values representing 0 and 1.= .but here, this file contains varying values. =C2=20 anyone knows how to read this bit stream file.... perhaps it gives output in octet format and i am reading file in hex format= ...is that a problem?..can anyone help me in this?... =C2=20 please give me solution........ ------------------------------------ NEW!
