hi to all,
I was working on G.729 till now.
but now i have started my work on g.723.1. I have some query about bit 
stream file generated by g.723.1 encoder.
this bit stream file should contain only two values representing 0 and 
1 as it is a bit stream file. but here it contains lots of varying 
values.i don't know why. can anyone explain it to me please? I think my 
source has problems......

and one more thing. I want G.723.1 encoder exe file which takes .wav as 
an input and gives .bit as an output.
if you have .exe file, then please mail me.
