what is the equivalent of initff in current matlab? - yu_li1982 - Sep 18 8:19:11 2008

I used to use matlab (older than v5.3) to train ANN, in which a
function , called initff was used. However this function is no long
available. I would appreciate very much if some one can show me what
is the equivalent function and how to use it. Huge thanks.
