Error Concealment | JPEG | MPEG-4 | Wavelet | YUV

Hi,

I am an undergrad in electrical engineering and have been doing
research in the areas of Image and video processing. I am now required
by the research team to test the algorithms I have developed on an
FPGA, now I have not been involved with FPGA's apart from a course i
did in the second year at university. I wanted some guidance in terms
of which starter board would be the best suited for my testing. Since
I'm going to be borrowing the FPGA from the hardware department, I
need to tell them what I need. My algorithms are written in matlab and
also include simulink block models. So the requirements are something
I can transfer the simulink models onto and also connect maybe an
external camera so I can do proper testing.  Your help would be very
valuable and appreciated.
