can anybody please tell me which floating point DSK Kit is preforming better after TMS320C6713
DSK version.

You will have to do some web searches - part of the answer will depend
on your budget, application, and goals.
There are some c6727 boards available that will give a modest increase.
I do not know if anyone has or will soon have a C6747 board available.
