How to control the HPI pins using the DIP switches ? - daya...@yahoo.com - Mar 12 6:40:56 2008

Hi there,

Anyone know how to integrate the DIP switches with the HPI pins ? Is it possible to control the
HPI using the DIP switches ? Thanks.

Regards,
Dayah

First, I answered several of your questions about using HPI in GPIO mode, so I'm
wondering did you get it to work? You didn't follow up on those answers as would be
expected in a professional engineering dialog.

Second, which DIP switches? Do you mean the ones included on the DSK 5416 board? Or
do you mean external switches, such as ones you would connect to the HPI connector
(P3) on the DSK board?

Ok that's great. Keep going.

PS. I suggest that you post to the group, so your fellow students working on similar
projects can see you've had some success. Who knows, they might ask you a question!

Please post to the group, not to me. I cannot help unless you post to the group.
