TDAC Time division alias cancellation - bada...@yahoo.com - Jul 19 8:57:00 2007

Hi All,
can any body tell me how "TDAC" time division alias cancellation works in AC3
decoder.
I understand that at AC3 encoder end when any transient happens it can generate the aliasing
because of high frequency contents in it.
Is there any other source of generating the aliasing.

What is that property of the signal which is availed in the overlap and add method used in the
TDAC?

How TDAC is done. Please try to give more fundamentals reasons.

AK
