I just ordered a ADSP-21369 kit.  But because of the kit's weight, the shipping costed
more than kit.  I was told the kit's weight is over 13 pound.  I think this is too much weight
for a development kit like this, I guess something is wrong.
   
  Please, can any of you tell me the aproximate weight of ADZS-21369-EZLITE kit?

I don't know the actual weight, but there is also "dimensional weight".
What they do is take the size of the package and use that to increase the
charges, but the charge is added to the physical weight.

Isn't there a distributor near you that has one?  There must be somebody
who gets parts and equipment by the ship load who you can order from.
They will already have dealt with customs too.
