Dear Member,
I am using XDS510PP_Plus JTAG emulator to program TMS320F2812 DSP.
I used SDconfig v3.1 to check if communication is proper with the target
board.

Look for the StartUp() function in the GEL file which CC loads on its
launch. There the target is normally reseted with the GEL_Reset() command.
